Belinda has kept me informed of market prices in the Balmain area over the last year or more. She has helped me get through the preparation stage by taking charge of the packing up and storage of household goods as specified by myself, coordinating stylists, cleaners, removalists and other necessary trades. Belinda had the challenge to sell our property during the worst possible conditions and circumstances. It was the first time I had met Belinda and what struck me was how thoughtful and warm and non-pushy she was. Many agents try to tell you what you like and don't like without knowing anything about you. Belinda stood back, was extremely helpful, but didn't try to influence my thinking either way. She is smart and instinctive. And she was willing to go out of her way (a few times...). The last time I bought a house (21 years ago) was a horrendous experience and I was bracing for that potentiality again. It didn't happen.
