I’m Belinda Donaldson, the Principal and Licensee of Queensland Property Real Estate — a boutique, independent agency I founded in 2011 after more than 30 years in Brisbane real estate.
My career began in 1994, and I’ve worked within some of the largest agencies in the region. That experience showed me exactly where clients lose confidence: when service is inconsistent, communication is patchy, and once you sign up you’re handed to someone else. Owners feel like a number, sellers feel “managed by a team”, and tenants feel processed rather than supported. The cost of that is real — stress, delays, vacancy, avoidable repairs, and missed opportunity.
