He was forthcoming with all information regarding the property even though it was “under offer” on our first visit. When this sale did not proceed I was pleasantly surprised o be contacted by Gareth who arranged for us to go back for a second viewing with our daughter. This only confirmed our initial opinion that this was the place for us. It ticked all our boxes and although we are downsizing we don’t have to compromise on space.
