Belinda has great knowledge of the market and often provided valuable advices throughout the sale process. She's calm, professional and friendly which gave us confidence that she can deliver the best result, and she did! We highly recommend Belinda and her team.
Belinda’s knowledge and experience of the local area and current real estate market achieved a fantastic result for the sale of my late mother’s property prior to auction. Her honest advice on preparing the property for sale was spot-on and her assistance with organising this was invaluable. Her professionalism and communication skills were impeccable and her support throughout this emotional process was appreciated. Thank you Belinda!
Belinda was very professional, easy to talk to and understood our needs. Her level of expertise and her matter of fact ‘get the job done’ attitude was exemplary. Her advice was spot on. We enjoyed working with Belinda and her team and highly recommend Belle Property Beecroft .
What a professional bunch of people. We felt so comfortable during the whole process and valued. It’s a daunting process to bid at an auction, however felt very comfortable. Thank you very much. Chris & Eli Ashton
We are pleased to say that we were very satisfied with the professional way that Belinda and her team went about the recent sale of our home. An appropriate strategy was advised and implemented which led to a successful sale within three weeks of going 'live' at a price above the figure we had discussed. We appreciated the fact that Belinda and her team listened to us and were proactive in providing updates on progress and advice throughout the campaign. We commend Belinda, Nick and the staff for a job well done.
We have had a 12 month relationship with Belinda and Nick as we explored selling but took a little while to 'go to market'. At very short notice, when we did decide to go to market, they worked with us and kept us informed at all times resulting in a great campaign, early sale and a fabulous result. Belinda & Nick are a great team and very well supported by the staff at Belle Beecroft. They are always professional and make you feel like you are their only client.
We could not fault Belinda! From initial meeting we could tell she was upfront, honest and great to work with. Through the process of inspections and purchasing she made it easy and remained very professional. After being through the purchasing process with her we would definitely be choosing Belinda to sell our next property when that happens.
Belinda is dedicated, hardworking and extremely knowledgeable of the market. Her advice was much appreciated and her communication was faultless. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I can highly recommend Belinda and the team at Belle Beecroft!
Belinda was so helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. If you are looking for an agent in the area she’s the only one to consider.
