I had to sell a family property from interstate and would be unable to be present for any of the process. A few months before hand I contacted a few of the local agents and explained the problems I had. most said they'd be happy to help but I never heard from them again. Belinda was the only one who kept in contact. She explained what would need to be done. She recommended a local law firm who I could trust and they were excellent. When the property was vacant she inspected it and recommended what would need to be done to put the property up for sale. Parts needed painting and there were some repairs required. She arranged for the painting and the repairs which were done well and quickly. She organised the photography, the on-line site and the advertising. She kept in contact and kept me up to date with everything that was being done. On the day the Auctioneer she organised was brilliant ad the property came in at about $200k above the reserve. Even though it is now over she has kept in contact just to make certain that there is nothing that needs to be done and to answer any questions I may have. I couldn't recommend her and her team too highly.
