From the first enquiry we made to closing the sale, Belinda was consistently quick to respond, always friendly, with a down to earth pragmatism. When we were after more info on the boundaries for the acreage, she quickly coordinated with the vendors to arrange an on site tour which really sealed the deal on us making an offering. She also helped get the longer settlement period we were after. All this was done while she had COVID. If we ever come to sell (which we have no intention of doing so), Belinda will be the agent we will turn to.
