Nice and quick sale. Good communication

Block sold reasonably quick. Felt a little bit pressured to drop the price by close to 10% after only 4-6 weeks after first putting it on the market at the price they first suggested but I followed their suggestion. Good communication but felt as though we could have got a bit more for it with a bit of patience.
