Had first visit with Berlinda and her team on Friday 27 February for appraisal. Very helpful and gave good advice. Gave them the go ahead to list property. List on Tuesday 3rd March with open for inspection on Saturday 7th March. On Tuesday 10th March was told for 3 or 4 interested buyers. On Monday 16 March signed agreement to sell. Either I was very lucky or Berlinda and her team are very good at their jobs. Probably the later. Thank you and you’re team for the speedy outcome.
