About Belinda

Belinda has been with our office since 2005 and specialises in residential and rural property sales. Many of Belinda’s clients are repeat customers, having bought and sold with her multiple times over the years, a testament to her “clients come first” approach. Feedback consistently mentions Belinda’s calm manner that makes the often stressful process of listing and purchasing property easy for sellers and buyers. Her years of ongoing training and working with lawyers, surveyors, builders, developers and finance brokers has gained her an extensive knowledge of the area and what is involved in all aspects of property ownership. Belinda grew up in Central West NSW and relocated to the coast with her husband Jeremy to raise their family. She has been involved in many community groups including the Narooma Junior Rugby League Executive Committee, Narooma Primary School Breakfast Club, Fundraising for Cancer Council’s Biggest Morning Tea and Relay for Life. When she is not in the office Belinda enjoys baking, textile arts, spending time in the surrounding State Forest’s and National Parks as well as camping and four-wheel driving. ‘Bell’ as we fondly know her is our absolute legend cake baker and her famous birthday cakes make a regular appearance on the Ben Bate Real Estate social media pages.

Experienced, great local knowledge, personable and supportive

Belinda showed us a property that turned out to not be for us, then later showed another property that was perfect after understanding our preferences. We needed a very long settlement which Belinda thought might be acceptable to the non-local vendor provided the price was OK, which turned out to be correct. Belinda went above and beyond normal practice by assisting us to keep some of the many possessions left behind, ensuring the remainder were removed, the garden kept alive and the property thoroughly cleaned. Belinda managed the interests of the vendor (and us) extremely well.

Belinda and the team at Ben Bate made the experience enjoyable and relatively stress free. Belinda, with her warm, calm, down to earth approach made it easy to clarify queries, raise concerns and discuss what was best for our family needs. Nothing was ever too much to ask and she accommodated inspections to fit around our restricted availability at the time. Things got a bit tricky between solicitors with settlement and Belinda with her reassuring approach proved that eventually everything works out for the best! Thank you so much!
