My first experience dealing with Belinda was to request a meeting to walk through the details of the 3 bedroom apartments at 'Boutique'. I phoned her on a Saturday afternoon while she was attending her daughter's birthday party, unknowingly, but she took the call and we met up first thing on the following Monday. Belinda answered my questions and made me feel comfortable about the project and what was on offer. I immediately paid a deposit and we have kept in touch since. Belinda is very approachable and a clear communicator. She has returned my calls where she is unable to pickup and follows through with anything I need answered. As the project is still nearly a year away, I expect to continue to be in contact with her and I would recommend her to people if hey needed help with off-the-plan buying and real estate in general.
