When I decided to sell my home in Roseville I was looking for an agent who could assist me with their knowledge, their experience and their marketing and selling skills. I wasn't looking for a new friend or an extended member of the family, I was looking for someone who could help me get the house ready and also achieve the best price for me. I interviewed quite a few agents and Belinda was the only one who talked mainly about the property, the sales strategy and the market timing - she cut straight to the reason we were having the conversation in the first place - selling my house - not about who we knew in common or how many interests we shared. Belinda got on with the job. From the planning of the campaign to final exchange of contract and sale, Belinda never let me down. I always felt she was on my team, that she supported my efforts and most importantly that she believed in the property. During the preparation for sale process, Belinda was always fully aware of my progress, she was also very encouraging and her wealth of knowledge and experience came to the fore when we were preparing to stage the house for photography. She wasn't scared to suggest changes that initially seemed a bit radical but ultimately improved the house enormously. I wished I had made her radical changes a decade earlier!
