Belinda was very good at getting us a good price for our property in a slowing market. She was very thorough with chasing up people and leads. She was able to deal with our tenants who were still living in the property when it was being marketed. I would highly recommend Belinda for any future sales as she was one of the few agents in the area that was actually interested in trying to sell our property, rather than just go through the process and be told to lower your price and give the property away because the market has slowed.
