Moving to interstate is hard enough, let alone when the Vendor you are buying from decides they want to still settle and remain in the property for another couple of weeks rent free. ( due to a 3 day extension for interstate simultaneous settlement) This ultimately end in a termination of contract the day before settlement was to occur. Belinda not only found us another house that ticked all the boxes, but also negotiated for us to rent the property during the settlement period. Only a agent who truly understood their clients needs and the market would be able to pull off the impossible - Thank you again Belinda and hope we cross paths again.
