Pre-Sale From the moment Belinda came to appraise our house she made us feel valued and listened to. Throughout the whole process she listened attentively, was reassuring, and empathetic. Crucially Belinda also delivered and got a great price for us and was genuinely happy for our sale. Post Sale: I did not hear from Belinda in regards to settlement, there was no instruction on where to leave keys, no call on the day, zero contact apart from relaying a question from the purchaser. There was no settlement gift or anything to acknowledge the sale. This seems pretty poor as we received phone calls from Jim Aitken with clear instructions about our purchase, a hamper to celebrate settlement, in hindsight I'd have chosen Jim Aitken Glenbrook (Felipe and Kieran).
