My experience with Glenmore Park Realty and more specifically Belinda Watts was excellent, a term that is sometimes over used - but it is the only way I can describe our experience - from time of initial consultation right through to hosting open days, negotiations and finally the sale of our home. Although Belinda is the principal of GPR she had a hands-on approach, with personalised service, providing us with guidance and advice from her years of experience in the industry coupled with her knowledge of the local market. Pre-Sale From the moment Belinda came to appraise our house she made us feel valued and listened to. Throughout the whole process she listened attentively, was reassuring, and empathetic. Crucially Belinda also delivered and got a great price for us and was genuinely happy for our sale. Post Sale: I did not hear from Belinda in regards to settlement, there was no instruction on where to leave keys, no call on the day, zero contact apart from relaying a question from the purchaser. There was no settlement gift or anything to acknowledge the sale. This seems pretty poor as we received phone calls from Jim Aitken with clear instructions about our purchase, a hamper to celebrate settlement, in hindsight I'd have chosen Jim Aitken Glenbrook (Felipe and Kieran).
