Bella was great in maintaining communication between the vendor and me due to slightly complicated circumstances at my end. She is very easy to deal with, responds quickly to questions. The price was reasonable, right in the range of the listing. The house is what I was looking for in terms of space and privacy and Bella guided me away from other listings that would not have suited as well even though on paper they seemed equivalent. That showed integrity, and care for the buyer.
Bella has worked hard to get the right buyer for my house. It wasn't straightforward as there were insurance repairs from hail damage going on during selling process. She has been great to deal with, prompt in responding to questions, proactive in chasing up answers. The price for the house was at the higher end of what was reasonable and sold quickly, showing knowledge of the local market.
