Belynda helped the reviewer sell this property

Honest and Excellent communicator, knowledgeable with exceptional market research skills

Belynda is a fantastic communicator, she very knowledgeable of the local market. She impressed me with her research on the sale of our property which was located outside her locale. She was able to verify a price range within the market range and our expectations. She provided advice on sales preparation and helped prioritise on our list. Belynda kept me informed throughout the campaign even while we we’re overseas, nothing was too much trouble. She followed up with all potential buyers and provided continual feedback after opens. She got me the very best price for our property. I definitely would recommend Belynda to anyone looking to sell their home.
