After looking for a new house for 8 months with no luck and countless open homes with other agents we stumbled upon Ben, although the listing he was selling was not for us he sent through countless homes for sale and done extensive research to find us the right fit even showing us homes other agents were selling. It was this level of service and enthusiasm that won us over and lead to Ben selling our house, and it was under contract within a day unconditionally fifteen thousand over asking price. We are based in NSW and with lock down in place, we can't physically go to Tasmania to inspect the property. While other agent posting a video of the property in their ad, Ben offered to do a facetime with us so that we can inspect the property virtually. It was a fantastic option as we can actually see what's in the house and can ask him more detailed questions about the property as if we were there. The process after runs smoothly. Ben answered every questions we had timely.
