Ben presented himself in a very professional manner, showed us through the property and had answers for all our requests without being pushy or trying to coerce us into making a decision. After we had made a decision to present an offer he kept us informed of all events that were happening up to and after settlement. He was the most polite, knowledgeable and professional real estate sales person we have had the benefit to deal with.

From the first phone call to the settlement of the property, Ben was an outstanding agent to work with. He was extremely professional, great at communicating, and really understood what was important to us as sellers. He was always on the ball and worked closely with us to plan each week as soon as the house was on the market. Ben was very professional and efficient. I was in Canberra at the time. Ben was able to put himself in my shoes. I did not get to see my house in person until well after settlement. It was all that Ben promised it would be. He mowed the lawns & gave the house one last clean before he handed over the keys. The conveyancing/lawyers he recommended where the best I have ever had to deal with. This being my 3rd property. I have dealt with 7 real-estate agent in my live time & Ben is by far the best.
