As a mature couple we were very anxious about the huge step we were taking in selling our home. We were looking for an agent who would be honest about the price we could realistically expect to get, and what it would take to achieve that price. The whole team (Ben, Ben and Jane) were so supportive of our needs. They guided us every step of the journey. From the very start they planned out the whole timetable of what and when things would happen. Any question or request we made was always promptly acted upon. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We didn’t always agree with their suggestions; however, we trusted them and went with what they thought we needed to do. We are so happy we did, as the property sold at the first open home and they achieved a much higher figure for our property than what we thought we would get.
