Ben recently conducted the successful sale of my mother's house in Earlwood. My mother had already entered aged care and I stood in for her during the marketing process. I found him to be professional, personable and always available. Ben provided us with comprehensive feedback following each open day. He proved to have a very good grasp of the market and provided us with the current and relevant information which allowed us to make informed decisions leading to a great outcome. There were special family circumstances relating to the marketing and sale of my mother's property and Ben respected and accommodated our needs from the start to the end including on the night of the auction.
