Had a really pleasant experience buying our property through Ben - he was a great point of knowledge, and we didn’t find him pushy or misleading like other experiences we had with REA’s. We quickly trusted Ben, and found him to be very kind and professional. Thanks Ben!
There was no pressure from the beginning. Ben always had time to answer any questions. Communication was open and honest. He was always happy to help us throughout the process. Would highly recommend.
Working with Ben to sell my property was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From our very first meeting, he had a clear strategy for how to market and sell the property, and his advice gave me confidence throughout the entire process. Ben guided me through every step, from preparing the property and planning the marketing campaign to handling inspections and negotiations. After every home open, he kept me updated with detailed feedback and always made time to answer my questions. His communication was excellent, and I always felt informed and supported. Thanks to Ben's knowledge, professionalism, and dedication, we achieved a result that I am extremely happy with. Selling a property can be stressful, but Ben made the whole experience smooth and straightforward. I highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking real estate agent. Thank you again for all your hard work and for helping me achieve such a great outcome!
No one has a better understanding of the real estate environment in Hamersley. Ben carried out the marketing strategy perfectly and was always offering assistance. He didn't need to be asked.
Ben Barber was fantastic to deal with throughout the sale of our property. In a difficult market, he helped us achieve a great sale price while ensuring the buyers were also happy with the outcome. He went above and beyond by connecting us with quality tradespeople, following up buyer concerns, and arranging minor inspection-related fixes swiftly. Most importantly, Ben is a genuinely caring, trustworthy person who puts people before transactions. He's not "just another agent" - he's a good bloke, and I wouldn't hesitate to sell with him again in the future.
