This is the first property I have had anything to do with. I had to sell this property on behalf of my Mum due to her ongoing health problems. I had no idea where to start but I remembered what Mum had told me when she bought the property off the plan 25 years ago, that was she only had GOOD things to say about the Agent she was buying through, that Agent was BEN BATE R/E. Seeing how BEN BATE R/E is still in NAROOMA today what better place to start? I walked into BEN BATE'S office and after talking to BEN for ten minutes I was totally relaxed and knew I had nothing to worry about. I have a few health problems myself and after explaining this to BEN he and his TEAM took over. Any problems that came up were handled by BEN and his TEAM and they were constantly in touch with me throughout the sale.
