Ben has shown me through both of the houses I have bought. On each occasions I have found Ben to be enthusiastic in thinking through the possibilities for improving the property. Apart from the obvious in sanding the timber floors, changing the carpet, repainting the walls and dressing the windows, he offered fresh ideas on future modifications, relative costs and the availability of local tradesmen. When selling my current residence he was thorough in his market/value research, realistic in pricing and ever so patient in explaining the procedures and timelines involved. I found him very helpful on any enquiry, even co-ordinating my meeting with the vendors. Overall I feel that he has been sincere and genuine towards any of my concerns.
