I was pleased with the weekly feedback discussions and written reports that Ben provided throughout the sales process. This included a list of the potential purchasers who viewed the property at each opening and their individual feedback including comments on the property and where they sat in the market. Price guidance was also provided by those inspecting the property. Ben used this feedback as a means of follow-up during the marketing campaign with these potential purchasers. Several of my friends and relatives visited during opening times and commented Ben was helpful and informative.
