Very nice guy who was always available. Difficult seller didn't help matters on negotiation, as basic plumbing needs serious attention, electrical issues etc.. Ben tried his best in a difficult situation, But the one thing specifically on contract was the stipulation of a full bond clean as house had been empty for some time. NOT DONE, therefore have to clean whole house before I can start moving my own belongings in there. Being officially disabled it will take me weeks to clean properly and properly move in. All due to the lack of a call to cleaners they use regularly. That and no gift upon handover, (which I have found the norm when purchasing a house), even if just flowers or a bottle of cheap sparkling wine. Just s handshake and goodbye.

Ben went to great lengths to accomodate my tight schedule to show me open homes. Not just on Saturday morning's, but anytime. He is a great communicator, keeps in touch and knows the market well. An all round nice guy who was great to deal with. I certainly recommend him.

Ben was very helpful with dealing with my rental agent and as I was overseas at the time of the sale communication was key and he did not disappoint in this area. The whole process was easy and hassle free.
