Ben and the Ray White Team stood out as the best North Ryde has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and we could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We wanted a quick sale in order to buy another property and he understood this requirement and was very helpful in the entire process and really relieved our stress level even though we were on a very tight time frame. Ben bought a buyer to us even before the property was listed for sale, we negotiated a great price and the contracts were exchanged a few days later.
