I had previously considering putting the house on the market,so I spoke with Ben who recommended to wait for a bit. About 6 months later I got a callback from Ben saying now is the time if you're still interested so I pulled the trigger and it was sold and settled in about 11 weeks. I also got nearly 10% more than I originally wanted after fee's. Nice call Ben👊
