Ben was great to deal with. We saw through the home initially very quickly and from the moment our offer was in, communication was great. We needed access to the home a couple of times before settlement to take measurements etc and nothing was too much trouble. The lovely surprise gift of beautiful towels was an added bonus at settlement. Ben was wonderful to deal with throughout the process.
