Ben is a very professional and organised agent. He knows the Mackay market intimately and has contacts with the right buyers. We followed his instructions implicitly although we were very sceptical. He organised for professional staging of the property and persuaded us to sell by auction. The house sold at auction after only a 3 intensive week campaign for above the reserve price. Needless to say we were delighted by the result and his performance.
