David and I would like to thank Ben and his team at Explore Property with the selling of our rental property during extremely hard times in our local market place. The rental home was currently occupied with tenants wanting to stay, which can cause difficulties for some agents to obtain results. Ben worked extremely hard with the low number of buyers looking at such a property. We often received reports on social media interactions along with buyers comments. This property sold way faster then expected, we were ecstatic as the tenants got to stay and we sold for what we were wanting.
