Our experience with Ben Cohan dates back about 3 years. We decided to sell our home through another agent, much to our disappointment, they failed miserably. So when circumstances changed for us, my husband and I decided to invite Ben to our home and request an appraisal, we were both confident that we had made the right decision to entrust Ray White Shellharbour to sell our home. We were impressed with the professionalism of Ben and his team, and our home was on the market for around 4 weeks and we accepted an offer. We are pleased with the results, considering we weren't the easiest of clients that had specific request and Ben not only respected those needs, and all was carried out in a professional manner.
