I have known Ben for quite a few years. He has NEVER pressured me into selling as do some other local estate agents. I have had bad experiences with other local agents but with Ben it was a totally different case, in fact it was a pleasant experience. He is professional, polite, well mannered and a joy to liaise with. I am a mature single woman and Ben showed me respect, honesty and a no drama experience which has not been the case with other local agents. He listed the property on a Friday and it was sold by the Sunday. He sped exchange up so I could bid on another property I was interested in on the Wednesday.
