We pretty much achieved the price he estimated and this was 20%+ higher than the top estimates of other agents. That is pretty scary when you think about it. Others would have been recommending we accept a price literally many hundreds of thousands less than what we achieved working with Ben. His style of communication with us was clear and positive. Our view was that this would be what potential buyers would also get and we liked this.
