Ben is an incredible professional and a testament to what being a great Real Estate Agent is. We have bought and sold 4 properties over the years and Ben is in another league in terms of customer service, communication and follow up. Under his guidance and with the help of wonderful tradespeople referred to me by Ben, works like house washing, garden maintenance, paint touch ups and repairs , styling for the granny flat, our property sold 3 weeks into the campaign / before auction and sold for way above what I had expected. The sales process was smooth and fast with Ben doing a lot of behind the scenes negotiating with the interested parties.
