It was a pleasure working with Ben, and I honestly believe, without his expertise, we may not have achieved the results we were hoping for. Before we decided to engage Ben, we attended an Open House (managed by Ben) just a few streets away from our house. Just observing Ben’s friendly, professional manner on that day, was enough to know Ben was the person that we wanted to sell our home of 23 years. Ben’s caring nature was evident early on, when, on more than one occasion, he told us that if there was something which was worrying us about the process, that we could call on him any time, even out of hours. He told us it was no good spending hours mulling over something when a simple phone call would ease the stress and put our minds at ease. Although we never had to call Ben ‘out of hours’ it was great comfort to know he was available if the need arose. We found Ben to be professional, reliable, honest and caring throughput the entire selling process, and we were kept fully informed along journey. In the end, Ben achieved the result we were hoping for, and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is considering selling, or buying, a property.
