The only drawback through our campaign was the short delay with the Auction board. Otherwise everything went smoothly. Throughout the campaign, Ben informed us honestly on how the Open Inspections had gone just 30 minutes after they each one was completed. Ben was important on Auction day as he helped nudge a potential bidder into making a bid. Given the challenging Auction conditions in our area over the last month, we were happy with the final sale price and believe that no other Real Estate Agent could have performed better than Ben and the Rendina team.
