Ben was very professional throughout the whole process. He understands clearly that selling costs are important to the seller,and his recommendations wrt marketing strategy, property presentation,pricing and negotiation (with multiple buyers) were completely appropriate. Ben worked really hard from go to whoa, held repeated Open Homes even in the middle of Cyclone Alfred’s worst downpour, but remained relaxed and easy to deal with throughout. He did achieve his predicted sale price too!
