Ben sold a unit we had in a seemingly unsellable complex. We put the property on the market with Ben after he gave us a call looking to sell the property we are living in. He came to see us at our place to give us an appraisal. We told him we didn’t want to sell this unit, but another unit we’d been trying to sell for a while now. Ben got started straight away. He organised everything from speaking to the property manager and tenant on site to putting the property on the website and organising all the paperwork.
