After having several agents visit me regarding the sale of my house, Ben was the last as I knew straight away I could work with him. Ben was was fine but not outstanding. He was often late for our open houses. Twice after the open house the toilet had been used by someone. He was negotiating with the buyer without our consent. But we got our house sold so that is the main thing.

Ben worked very hard to ensure we achieved the sale and we were happy with the result.
