Throughout our buying process, Ben displayed himself to be totally professional, informative of the immediate area and was kind enough to offer his opinion when we asked. While the process was intense and fast paced given the market conditions, at no time did I feel uncomfortable or suspicious of Ben, it is my strong belief that Ben acting ethically in trying to gain the vendor the best price while keeping us an an informed position to make our decisions from.
