From the very first phone call Ben was friendly, professional and polite. Nothing was a bother when I phoned many times asking questions. It was a seamless and easy process from appraisal, to choosing Ben and his team to auction day. He kept us up to date on everything, explaining in great details when I asked a question. He has a very warm and friendly nature and know the business of real estate well. He guided us through the process as not having done this before , but we always felt listened to aswell.
