Good service overall. A little disappointed because we were told that the other offers were in the high range and that made us jump too high and put a price we weren’t really happy about. We came across the previous buyers who had put an offer and there was almost $10K difference with their offer being lower. In that sense we were mislead a little.

During the sale of my property, Ben was professional and easy to work with. From explaining the process, to signing up, though the sales process and beyond, Ben was friendly, efficient and communicated frequently.
