Where do I start? This fella has completely changed my opinion of real estate agents to say the very least! He is first and foremost the consummate professional, but without the usual slick attitude of your typical real estate agent. He is real, and genuine, and honest in his appraisal, which is what made us choose him over three others. He went above and beyond for us, and we just thank our lucky stars for making the right choice. Our neighbours have decided he will be their agent when the time comes for them to sell, and this is based on their observations of how he conducted our sale. We LOVED our experience with Ben and cannot recommend him highly enough.
