Ben never dropped the ball, providing updates on a regular basis and venturing into all possibilities of what could improve the sale. Great feedback also from the tenants who were around during the sale period. Ben was always polite, respectful, and showed that he had our best interest at heart. He went above and beyond the call of duty, particularly since we were interstate and couldn't be around to deal with things as they cropped up.
