We had been keeping an eye on a property that Ben had listed as we weren't quite ready to jump in. Ben kept in touch with us without making us feel pressured to buy. We eventually bit the bullet and made an offer and Ben was very understanding of our concerns and needs and reassured us along the way. Ben is a genuinely nice guy and goes above and beyond.
