Even before we signed the marketing agreement to sell our Sydney home, Ben engaged in giving us market insights about our purchase of a home on the Central Coast. He had great friends in the LJH network up there, and this really helped us. Throughout the preparation of marketing materials for our Sydney home and the marketing itself, Ben stayed in close contact with regular phone calls and personal visits when those were appropriate. The marketing materials were great, they invited our involvement in their development, and Ben produced an excellent video. Our home sold at auction and Ben was constantly engaged with us on that day - before and after the final bid.
