Ben impressed us with his professionalism and his market knowledge. His level of communication was spot on and his easy-going, amiable nature was perfectly balanced with the kind of professionalism you would expect. He is able to converse easily with others and is relatable - characteristics we felt invaluable in selling our home within a higher price bracket. His negotiation skills were great and we always felt fully supported throughout the process - never once felt pressured to do or agree to anything.
