Simplicity is virtue in my books, and Ben definitely has that. The process of buying a house (in my case first home buyer) was really confusing, all the market jargon and technicality. We chose Ben James when assessing which agent to use in the Dapto area, because Ben’s presentation and marketing approach was believable. Through out the sales journey Ben delivered on every commitment made during during his original presentation and then some. These included regular weekly follow ups of open house feedback by potential buyers and a realistic assessment of our sales strategy resulting in a good sale in a rapidly changing market. Ben also went beyond what you would expect from an ordinary agent on a couple of instances when we couldn’t attend the property because we were interstate. This was a pleasant surprise.
