Simplicity is virtue in my books, and Ben definitely has that. The process of buying a house (in my case first home buyer) was really confusing, all the market jargon and technicality. Some of that stuff really goes over your head, but Ben really simplified all of that. Through out the sales journey Ben delivered on every commitment made during during his original presentation and then some. These included regular weekly follow ups of open house feedback by potential buyers and a realistic assessment of our sales strategy resulting in a good sale in a rapidly changing market.
