Just bought my first home with Ben and after looking at many properties and dealing with alot of realestate agents.. Ben was only a handful who was honest without under quoting property prices to start a bidding war

From a buyers perspective we were really happy with the communication and transparency provided by Ben and his team. He kept us up to date during the process and was very accommodating to our needs given we were purchasing from outside of the region. Post the sale transaction we have also been impressed with the updates and flexibility provided to us. Although the vendors needs are always an agents first priority, we could not fault Ben from a buyers perspective and I think this also helped get things across the line on all fronts.
