Ben had continued to go above and beyond our expectations

It was through great heartache that we needed to part with our beautiful new home before we had completed the landscaping and pool, and as a result, we were nervous and concerned about entering into the market. Thankfully Ben recognised our stress and was able to, not only ensure the best possible outcome, but acted in such a compassionate way, we felt he was truly trying to make the best of a bad situation for us. He was available throughout the night and day, and educated us with the entire auction process.
